seasons you are moving through.

Integrative psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults.

You are more than a list of symptoms.

At LUMA, care includes

A thoughtful first step to better understand your symptoms, history, goals, and the larger context of your mental health.

Psychiatric Evaluation‍ ‍

Collaborative medication support when appropriate, with education, monitoring, and ongoing adjustment based on your needs and response.

Medication Management

An integrative approach that considers sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, hormones, trauma, identity, relationships, life transitions, and overall well-being, with lifestyle and mind-body strategies incorporated when appropriate.

Whole-Person Support

You may know that something feels different without being able to explain exactly why. Maybe you are more anxious than you used to be, struggling to focus, feeling emotionally exhausted, noticing changes in your mood, or wondering whether ADHD, trauma, stress, hormones, or depression could be playing a role.

Mental health is rarely one-dimensional. Symptoms can overlap, change across different seasons of life, and be influenced by what is happening both emotionally and physically. At LUMA, we take the time to understand how those pieces fit together so your care reflects you, not just a diagnosis.

Mental Health Concerns We Support

LUMA supports children, adolescents, and adults navigating a wide range of mental health concerns and psychiatric conditions. We have a particular interest in understanding the places where symptoms overlap, including the intersections of mood, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and hormonal change. Care is individualized, collaborative, and guided by your symptoms, goals, and lived experience.

This list is not exhaustive. If you are unsure whether LUMA is the right fit, we can help you determine the next best step.

What To Expect -
Your first appointment is a space to slow down and look at the full picture. We will talk through your concerns, symptoms, history, goals, current supports, and what has or has not helped in the past.

From there, we will create a care plan together. Depending on your needs, this may include medication management, lifestyle-informed and mind-body strategies, therapy referrals, coordination with other healthcare professionals, or additional specialty care when appropriate.
