Grounded care for mind, body, and well-being.
LUMA Integrative Health offers thoughtful, collaborative, integrative psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults, with special interests in women’s mental health, ADHD, mood and anxiety concerns, trauma, healthcare professional and first responder mental health, and the ways hormonal and life transitions can affect emotional well-being.
Our approach
Mental health does not exist in isolation. Sleep, stress, physical health, relationships, hormones, identity, environment, trauma, and life experience can all shape how you feel.
At LUMA, those connections are part of the conversation.
Care that makes room for complexity.
Sometimes symptoms do not fit neatly into one diagnosis. Anxiety can look like ADHD. Trauma can affect mood, sleep, attention, and relationships. Hormonal changes may intensify symptoms that once felt manageable.
At LUMA, we take the time to understand how the pieces fit together. Treatment may include medication when appropriate, alongside lifestyle-informed, mind-body, and other supportive strategies, but it begins with listening, thoughtful assessment, and a shared understanding of what you need.

Bree Smith, PMHNP
Bree Smith is the founder of LUMA Integrative Health. Her background in emergency medicine, aesthetic medicine, wellness, and mental health has shaped a warm, collaborative approach to psychiatric care that considers both the clinical picture and the person experiencing it.
She is especially interested in the places where symptoms overlap, including ADHD, anxiety, mood changes, trauma, and the ways hormonal and life transitions can influence how you feel and function. Her years in emergency nursing have also shaped a particular interest in supporting healthcare professionals and first responders navigating chronic stress, burnout, trauma, and the cumulative impact of caring for others.
